Tucked into the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains in exclusive Sierra Madre, CA, this 32 acre hillside property has been divided into 29 lots for the private development of custom estates. This property has lots for any builder, from panoramic views to lots that are shaded by stately oaks and back up to the native hillside landscape. There are also small passive pocket parks designed with native landscape to immerse the owners in the surroundings and help them to relax and enjoy the view. A community center on site has been developed for the future owners.

ACCO Airport Center – Ontario, CA

For seven years, we were an integral part of developing and implementing the overall design for this 55 acre specific plan site. Working close with the City of Ontario, Cucamonga Vinters LLC (owners) and the rest of the design team, we put together a plan that included business, support commercial, manufacturing and warehouse uses. This plan envisioned a selective mix of light industrial and warehouse facilities, industrial distribution, single and multi-tenant office space in low to mid-rise buildings, commercial uses and a hotel with meeting facilities, all in a business park setting. UPS and FedEx are a part of this development along with a Metrolink Station.
