Scope of Work
Adventure Park was primarily a baseball themed park, which was popular during the baseball season, but had very little to offer the community during the off season. Segura Associates, Inc, was commissioned to design a program to provide the community user friendly activities other than baseball. The new design incorporated a D.G. pathway around the entire park perimeter incorporating various levels of exercise stations from simple to strenuous levels, including rubberized tile surfacing at each station. There was also numerous picnic areas with tables, bar-b-q’s and hot coal dispenser containers. Bollard lighting was also provided at each stations

Santa Fe Trail Historical Park – El Monte, CA
This award winning park development is a unique peak into the historical past of the City of El Monte. Many actual historical artifacts and structures have been conspired and strategically displayed throughout the park site. These pieces of history, such as; an actual farm and water tower, a wood beam jail house with steel bar window and door, and a authentic pioneer covered wager were relocated and placed within a setting consisting of a planting palette typical of the era. Additional amenities were add such as stone seat wall, stone fountain and monument, wood trellis structure and D. G. paths, all to exemplify this park as the end of the Santa Fe Trail
